At 16.00 the cloths change and Kruvasan becomes Kruton.

The room that carries the smell of the bakery all day changes hands in the afternoon. White cloths go onto the tables, the table lamps come on, and the breakfast plates give way to the evening's table. Same door, same team, same kitchen — only the hour is different.

Kruton is closed on Sundays; the room stays with Kruvasan's breakfast that day.

The kitchen

Kruton opened in 2015 as a French à la carte bistro in the small shop next to Kruvasan. Ten years later, returning under the same roof, it brought Lokanta Kru's table with it: olive-oil dishes, seasonal vegetables, the dishes of the day. The evening menu today is the shared language of those two kitchens.

The bar

Alongside the table there's a short cocktail list and wine — beside the food, not instead of it.
